Certified Restoration, Ltd. is a certified, trained, and insured Ohio company. Our professional staff has over 100 years of combined experience servicing area property owners. Our field of expertise is in water and fire restoration, sewage extraction, microbial remediation, flood clean-up, and building science for residential and commercial properties.
We service our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our immediate response, close attention to detail, and highly trained technicians will restore your property back to pre-loss conditions quickly and professionally.
As professional restorers, our purpose is to minimize the damage through prompt and thorough action. Our state-of-the-art restoration equipment and techniques will restore your property to pre-loss appearance or better. The science of drying a building and its contents is highly evolved and assembles the most effective restoration techniques into an ultra-efficient system.
We evaluate and document the psychrometric conditions of the affected and unaffected areas of the building utilizing professional moisture detection equipment. A restoration plan is then developed utilizing the most advanced equipment available. This equipment is then deployed throughout the property to achieve the most efficient drying system possible. Psychrometric conditions of the building are continually monitored, documented, and equipment modifications are made until the psychrometric conditions of the affected areas are returned to pre-loss conditions.
We work with your insurance company and bill them directly, eliminating stress and helping to return you back to life as soon as possible.
