Microbials are present in the cleanest of water. Within hours, microbials will begin to multiply in standing water producing unpleasant odors. Utilizing specialized materials and equipment such as HEPA air scrubbers, ozone, thermo-foggers, and EPA approved disinfectants, our restoration services will neutralize and destroy the smallest of airborne particles leaving the area clean and odor-free.

DSCF2550Mold Remediation

Should microbial colonization (mold growth) be discovered while restoring your loss, immediate remedial efforts will commence. The basic process for microbial remediation starts with isolating the affected area by constructing a containment barrier. Then the affected area is placed under a negative pressure utilizing HEPA filtration (the negative air pressure forces the air from the unaffected area to move into the affected area, into the negative air machines, through the HEPA filter, and then to the exterior, ensuring that no contamination can migrate to the unaffected area). Next, any contaminated materials such as drywall or particleboard are removed, bagged, and discarded. Then all remaining surfaces are HEPA vacuumed to remove surface contamination. Lastly, an EPA registered disinfectant is applied to destroy any remaining contamination. Other processes and procedures may be utilized depending on the specific environment.

Sewage Cleanup

Sewage is one of the most dangerous substances that can enter buildings. Unfortunately, people don’t understand the hazards that sewage creates, particularly for small children, the elderly and those with immune system or respiratory problems. Sewage is a significant environmental and health issue that must be remediated immediately.
